Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies are the easiest and tastiest way to start your day. I prefer to use ice and water to make smoothies, but coconut water, milk and soy milk can be used. However, avoid using dairy and soy products during the thirty day reboot.

I’m looking forward to trying the recipes for both the smoothies and juices, however I didn’t see how many servings these make. Some seem like too many ingredients for 1 or even 2 people. I don’t want to end up with too much left over. Please let me know.

    Thank you

Thank you for your question and it’s an excellent question. The ingredients when you’re juicing appears to be a large amount of fruits and vegetables. However, if you’re new to juicing, you end up with about 24 ounces of liquid when you use the Green Mean Juicing Machine recipe. Be sure to use up this juice in a day or two so it doesn’t spoil and it taste fresh.

      Hope this was helpful.

      Happy Juicing,
