Did you know that sunshine triggers your body to produce vitamin D? Sunshine is the best source of vitamin D, which helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis and even many cancers. Spend at least 15 minutes daily in the sun, without sunscreen. Remember too much sun can increase your risk of skin cancer, so don’t over do it.
